Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints, and answering questions.
- Informing customers about products and services.
- Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Maintaining and balancing cash drawers.
Job Requirements
- NCE / SSCE holder
- Language profiency in Yoruba
- At least a year cognitive experience
- Must reside around Ogba axis.
Salary
N25,000 Monthly.
