Job Description:
You take care of organizing the transports in the best conditions, respecting the quality and the terms required by the company’s standards;
Maintain permanent contact with carriers to ensure timely deliveries ;
You are constantly in touch with the stores regarding the delivery of goods;
Ensure that the activity of storage of goods is carried out in accordance with the established rules;
Make sure that the customs operations are carried out correctly;
Prepare weekly / monthly reports ;
You manage the accounting aspects within the Logistics department;
You make sure that each logistic cost is assigned in accounting to the corresponding order.
