Job Description:
- You manage the general agenda, mailbox, WhatsApp and telephone exchange, you are the first point of contact;
- Processing/organizing post-deliveries and returns;
- You inform customers about delivery problems and propose alternative products in case of shortages;
- Proactively approaching customers to purchase products (with a short best before date);
- You are responsible for preparing quotations and accounts receivable;
Requirements:
- You have an advisory role with regard to purchase and you are the point of contact for National Accounts both internally and towards customers;
- You inform the account managers as a result of weekly checks on deviant purchasing behavior at department and customer level;
- Checking and monitoring customer packaging files and administratively guiding the start-up and deregistration procedure;
- Provide support for projects, such as tenders and monitoring after sales;
- Finally, you support the Employees Service Desk A/B.
