Walk in Interview for Product Training Officer jobs in Dubai, UAE
Job Description:
- Responsible for all aspects of planning, leading and organizing product training programs. Documents are written in English;
- Serve as a point of contact for all product training and documentation needs;
- Create all teaching-related documents on the company’s online system;
- Participate and coordinate with marketing activities;
- Motivate employees and partners to comply with company policies and procedures regarding product training programs;
- In charge of product training for employees, partners and customers to acquire the necessary knowledge in product selection, installation, use and maintenance;
- Offer assessment modalities, such as tests or quizzes, to measure course effectiveness;
- Interview, staff, partners, customers to build appropriate lessons, monitor learning effectiveness through tests.
Requirements:
- University degree in the field of Electrical-Electronics-Telecommunications;
- 5 years of experience in sales-marketing or pre-sales of technical products;
- Problem-solving skills;
