Job Description:
- You promote, provide advice and ensure the sale of the entire range of products and services of the bank;
- You manage the relationship with the bank’s clients;
- Respond to customer requests regarding transactions in their accounts, in compliance with internal regulations;
- You carry out cash transactions; ensure the receipt, verification, acceptance, validation and processing of payment instruments / orders, including the availability of
- account, based on the documentation provided by customers and the internal regulations of the bank;
- Execute the activities specific to foreign exchange operations by operating their specific instruments (letters of credit, receipts, conditional payment orders, checks in foreign currency);
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably economics);
- Experience in banking (advantage);
- Very good communication and relationship skills, sales and presentation;
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks, organize and solve problems; attention to detail, correctness;
- Responsibility, integrity, confidentiality;
