Mastercard Intern Program
The Mastercard Intern Program is a comprehensive program where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department’s goals and objectives.

What you’ll do
You will be assigned a project within the regional O&T team. The team focusses on regional and localization functions which work on understanding needs from a regulatory pressure perspective, government policy challenges, managing in country tech platforms. As a part of your role, you will work on monitoring the new projects within this team. This will require you to measure the performance of the projects, develop a reporting matrix and support project managers where required.
Program Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and project management skills
- Must be available to start in Summer -2022 as program aims to start in June
- Evidence of strong academics predicted to achieve UK 2.1 or US 3.0 GPA equivalent.
- Penultimate year student pursuing a bachelor’s degree focused on a consultative background preferably doing a course in MIS/Industrial Engineering or Business with an Information Systems minor
- Must have excellent planning, organizing, documentation and analytical skills
- Able to develop reporting dashboard which will be used during stakeholder discussions
COVID-19 Considerations
