Position Summary
We are currently looking to hire HR Services Manager to lead the team of local HR Services (including HR Services, Data Specialist and Government Relations) in locations across MENA Region focusing on executing and delivering local HR services within the defined SLAs (Quality, time, accuracy, and compliance). Ensures efficient operations to meet current and future business needs and challenges by having the right strategy with strong leadership.
A day in the life of...
- Provides vision, strategic leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of a cost-effective department while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the organization
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with HR constituents and customer base; serves as an interface between internal/external customers and functional team members to ensure effective definition of and delivery of HRS and other functions
- Manage and lead the team of HR Services Specialists virtually in locations across MENA and deliver local services within the defined SLAs (Quality, time, accuracy and compliance)
- Ensure effective support and execution of HR administrative services within the defined SLA’s & Standard Routines across HR Processes (e.g. 100% Accurate Payroll, promotions, FTE’s (Headcount), Data Quality, transfers, end of contract management etc)
- Ensures organization policies, practices and procedures are applied, understood and followed with a customer and compliance mindset to ensure consistency
- Work in partnership with the local shared service to lead continuous improvement actions and projects
- Manages the relationship between the market and above market Centre of Scale to enhance ways of working
- Identify improvement opportunities on the data governance and liaise with Centre of Scale on how to implement them including data management
- Partner with the respective Centre of Competence and HRBPs to ensure operational needs are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner ensuring high level of services
- Provide timely information to HRBPs, Centre of Competence, Centre Of Scale and Line Managers as appropriate
- Leads a team of HR Specialist in a matrix organizations setup, and ensures a proper structure is in place to address efficiency
What will make you successful
- Strong background in HR operations/HR shared service environments
- Strategic and business acumen to adapt the business plan in different realties
- A minimum of 7 years of human resource, HR Services or related experience with three to five years' leading others
- Experience within a Matrix environment, achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating with Regional and multi-countries experience
- Sound knowledge of employment law across MENA
- Experience of working in Industrial and employee/labour relations
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- University Degree or equivalent
