Business Finance Officer – Accounts Receivables
About the role
You will responsible for Accounts receivables of QR network-wise in line with QR policies and internal Accounting procedures. Ensure full control on all channels of collectable receivables, cash, credit, credit card, BSP, CASS, ARC, CNS, internet sales, GSA sales, ICCS Settlements etc. Also monitors the Accounts Receivables MIS Reports for the QR Network and ensures stations do the AR Accounting in time as well as that there is proper review mechanism and accountability on overdue receivables.
Qualifications
About you
You will possess:
- A minimum of 4 years specialist of job-related experience required.
- Knowledge on sales and settlement process of BSP/ARC/CASS/CNS/ICCS/ICH/GSA/NON IATA Agents.
- User level experience in any ERP.
- Proficient with spread sheets on Excel, pivot tables, graphs using different tools.
- Strong aviation specific profile in either Expenditure or Revenue Accounting.
- Should be able to analyze and explain financial accounts / Management accounts to Finance and non-Finance audiences.
- Knowledge of ticketing and fare calculations.
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Very good command of English language
