About the role
We are hiring for your skills in reviewing and analysing organisation design, doing job analysis and job evaluations and ensuring alignment of the organisation design with the business strategy, industry regulations, organisation design principles and the Qatar Airways operating model. You will assist with the governance of the organisation design and job evaluation process as well as to monitor the size and shape of the organisation against the minimum standards.
Other operational accountabilities include:
- Support the implementation of the Qatar Airways Organisational Design philosophy, frameworks, strategy, policies and process to enable fit for purpose structures and organisation efficiency.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of Qatar Airways organisational structures by assisting with the analysis between current and new organisation designs as well as monitor and report on the size, scale and shape of various organisation structures and against the Qatar Airways Operating model.
- Contribute to the development, and participate in executing reports and analytics on organisation design, job analysis and evaluations and interpret and communicate findings to management teams.
- Participate in discussions with business stakeholders regarding organisation design and evaluation requirements to ensure valid and accurate information.
- Assist with setting the framework and monitor the progress of all Job Evaluation and organisational design projects, starting from initial planning and design through to implementation, to ensure achievement of established objectives and goals.
- Maintain job families across the QR Group.
- Ensures that internal equity is maintained across group-wide job evaluations through sound and consistent application of the Job Evaluation (JE) framework, standards, processes and tools for all job evaluation submissions.
- Maintain the job matrix / catalogue of all jobs in the organization.

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Remuneration and Organisation Design Team.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Professional with related experience of not less than 4 years as a generalist or specialist in HR field(s)
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate with the senior management level.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer skills and knowledge of HR Systems is also an added asset.
- Understanding of the various industries/sectors of QR Group, the fundamental business principles and business drivers
