Job Description
- Contact customers by phone and email
- Answer enquiries
- Identify ne customers via cold calls
- Directing feedbacks from customers to relevant departments
- Support sales department with administrative and promotional activities
- Telemarketing / customer service
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc Degree
- 2 - 5 years work experience
- Previous working experience in sales administration
- Good inter-personal and customer service skills
- Telemarketing / customer service.
