Job Information:
- Perform on-site installation of complex equipment and follow test procedures to ensure proper work orders
- Implementation of regular maintenance visits
- Providing troubleshooting and repair support to customers and other field service personnel
- Build relationships with customers, system users, and employees
- Support for problem solving and other field service personnel
- Creating and submitting field service reports
- Providing customer and user training on system maintenance
- Feedback to the product quality team
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in field service
- Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing as an engineer. Especially analytical equipment and precision equipment
- Majored in science at technical college, university, graduate school, etc. (electricity, electronics, physics)
