Job Information:
His primary responsibilities are:
- Coordinate office governance and management of relations with suppliers and technicians;
- Coordinate company needs for procurement and maintenance purposes with consequent administrative management of orders to suppliers or requests for intervention;
- Manage the archive: keep, organize and appropriately address the incoming and outgoing paper and electronic documentation;
- Manage the office secretariat and reception functions;
Job Requirements:
- Experience gained in an identical job in companies characterized by dynamism and innovation;
- Alternatively, professionals who have covered coordination roles in the maintenance area and / or the plant or management secretariat will be assessed;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent use of PC, Office package: focus on Word, Excel and Outlook;
