Job Information:
- Accompanying tenants in buildings intended for evacuation of construction and maintaining direct and continuous contact with the tenants and the representative offices, for large projects amounting to hundreds of housing units.
- Direct and continuous contact with the residents
- Accessibility of the information and planning process to the tenants of the project
- Providing answers to daily inquiries Email / phone
- Tenant portfolio management – working with documents (agreements, forms, ID photos) Establishing
- representative offices and assisting in selecting tenants
- Tenants in the company’s CRM system
- Organization of conferences
- Preparation of presentations and materials for conferences
Job Requirements:
- Ability to express and present at a high level Ability to organize and execute High
- Knowledge and experience in urban renewal projects – an advantage, not mandatory.
- Full control of OFFICE software
