Job Description

  • Ensure that All documentation related to the purchase and sale is completed correctly and is in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Ensure that All customers are aware of the terms and conditions of purchase or sale, such as warranty conditions and service schedules.  That all relevant documents are received.
  • Relevant Storage of documentation in order to be reference when needed.
  • Supervise the Handover and delivery of new vehicle being supplied to the customer.
  • Carry out quality control procedure for new vehicle arriving from PDI (Pre Delivery Incapacitation) or stores before delivery or display.
  • Invoices sold vehicle immediately after delivery.
  • ​Maintain secure storage of all documents, service books, hand books, insurance documentation and other related items.

Requirements

  • Secondary School
  • 3 years experience in the same field
  • Excellent communication skills, customer oriented, friendly and polite and , excellent analytical  skills
  • Good in English
