JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Project Executive will perform the role of Planner, coordinator, cost controller, Document Controller and Assist the Field Service Manager in Projects, Field Service assignments and in day to day activities.
- Plan work scope and track the same with milestones
- Budget and track project costs
- Estimate project timeline and keep schedule on track
- Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting
- Manage project related paperwork with accuracy
- Scan and upload all relevant project documents according to company procedure
- Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s system
- Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control
- Handle records across various departments
- Maintain confidentiality for sensitive documents
- Provide required information to Field Service Manager and assist in reports and documentations.
- Fully comply and adhere to company policies, procedures, memorandums, instructions and region circulars.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation in any discipline, engineering will be an advantage
- Relevant experience in similar industry not less than 4 years.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be computer literate and be able to use hardware and software tools to effectively complete jobs and tasks
- ERP such as SAP will be an advantage
- Knowledge in ISO quality standards.
