Walk in Interview, Apply for Group Corporate Secretary Job in Dubai, UAE
Our client is a multi-billion dollar regional holding conglomerate who is currently looking for a two Group Corporate Secretaries to be joining their team in Dubai and Kuwait. These are unique offerings for you to build out a corporate governance and compliance team, and become an integral part of their wider corporate function.:
- You must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role whilst supporting elected boards, executives, and senior management within a multinational business.
- Ideally, you would be accredited by a recognized company secretarial body such as the Chartered Governance Institute (UK & Ireland) or The Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals. Excellent academics are essential.
- You would have a thorough understanding of international best practices on governance and/or company secretarial matters (e.g. document control, leading board/committee meetings, and tracking compliance issues)
- Given the nature of work, you would ideally be based in the UAE, but international candidates with the relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Having proficiency in Arabic would also be a great advantage.
