Office Administrator – Dubai
10,000 – 15,000 AED per month + bonus
My client is opening offices in the UAE, and they are seeking an Office Administrator to join the team! They have an international presence operating across several countries and are looking for an administrator to help streamline the office. Initially this role will be remote however, you will have the flexibility to work from home or in the office. They are seeking someone who has experience with raising invoices, collating reports and is confident with using social media platforms.
Duties Include:
- Liaising with clients daily over telephone and email
- Increase customer engagement
- Process imports and exports
- Generate sales invoices
- Collate reports / statements
- Sales process management
- Seek leads for Sales Executives
- Adhoc requests
