Partner with the best
The Customer Performance Manager will lead the assessment of SPC business against customer KPIs, within customized customer framework, measure customer satisfaction, manage customer concerns & ensure resolving customer issue. Ultimate KPI is to maximize customer retention, thereby improving the profitability of the company.
As Global Customer Performance Leader you will be responsible for:
- Identifying customers requirement (technical / products problems, execution issues) and bring effective solutions
- Attending & Managing customer queries, comments and complaints regarding all issue, and ensuring strategy alignment of all wing-to-wing SPC functions with customer needs
- Driving & recommending solutions as well as guiding product users through features and functionalities
- Analyzing and reporting malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Updating internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Supporting development of procedures, policies and standards
- Ensuring customer feedback, responsiveness, interfacing with customers directly to build dynamic relationships to partner with global functions to shape development programs

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or relative MBA in marketing management or related field
- Show expertise and extensive experience in people management with proven leadership skills in a matrix organization
- Have ability to lead others in the workplace with empathy for their needs while maintaining a positive attitude that is willing to serve customers at all times
- Have 10-15 years of relevant business experience
- Have excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Have a proven track-record of growing a business and delivering profitable results
- Be aware of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Be able to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectively while applying exceptional analytical, problem solving, and root-cause analysis skills
