Job Information:
- Respond to calls and inquiries from users of IT systems served by the company,
- Record user inquiries in CRM, Prepare monthly reports on inquiries made;
- Submit problems to relevant section to get answers,
- Acceptance and management of user feedback suggestions, complaints, management,
- Perform ongoing inspections of existing systems to detect and fix possible software errors.
- Preparation of other current reports within the service program,
Job Requirements:
- Excellent computer typing skills;
- Excellent oral-written communication skills,
- Experience working in such a field will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office software package,
- Customer-centered approach, Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze the situation correctly identify problems,
