Our successful Hotel Administration Assistant…
- Checking invoices to ensure correct rates are applied and correct supporting documents are attached in a accordance to company billing policies and procedures
- Resolve queries promptly and in accordance with prescribed time-lines
- Ensure efficient debt collection techniques are implemented.
- Processing debtor’s payments and performing debtor’s reconciliations.
- Processing and reconciling credit cards payments
- Checking accounts payable invoices and preparing creditors reconciliation.
- Preparing creditors payments
- keep filing neat and up to date
- manage the receiving and despatching of mail through post, courier, docex and hand delivery
- Able to take up other finance related responsibilities as assigned by head of department. If you have these requirements, finance qualification is an added advantage, basic knowledge of credit policy and procedures, computer literacy in MS Office, basic SAP and basic OPERA, and at least one year’s experience in a similar role
