We are Outset, a collective house that unites some of the most exciting homegrown F&B and hospitality concepts under one creative roof. Having begun our journey in 2017 with our very first gourmet and specialty coffee outlet, we have been expanding rapidly and making an impact in the UAE’s hospitality scene as a whole with a variety of hospitality concepts on the way.
About the role:
We are looking for a full-stack freelance web developer to join Outset for the duration of three months to address the company’s website needs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the frontend and backend of several websites of small-medium size in accordance with established brand guidelines and existing visual language. You will also assist with minor alterations to existing websites and advise on overall best practices.

Requirements:
- Design, develop and deliver complex, enterprise applications with a variety of backend, integration, and frontend technologies.
- Candidates should have a strong baseline of technical coding skills, like HTML, CSS, SQL, PHP, Ruby, Python, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with best practices in optimizing load times, user experience, mobile capabilities, navigation, and usability.
- In-depth knowledge of best UX & UI Design practices.
- Portfolio showcasing past work.
- Maintain clear organization of the code to make sure easy navigation and troubleshooting in the handover.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience.
- A collaborative and communicative approach to problem-solving.
