Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving and following orders from the sales team and via e-mail,
- Establishing dialogue with customers, preparing customer proforma, sending them to customers and relevant departments.
- Preparation and distribution of sales-related reports, follow-up of correspondence and information flow.
- Proposals to be prepared by the sales team, product lists, forwarding the necessary correspondence to the relevant customers and following the results.
- Managing communication and e-mail traffic with the sales team and customers in the field.
Job Requirements:
- Graduated from undergraduate / associate degree departments of universities. Having good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Having good command of MS Office application programs
