Job Responsibilities:
- You ensure that the team is coached and receives feedback where necessary to improve the performance of the employees;
- You ensure that the team is trained and has the right tools to perform the work properly;
- Setting up, optimizing and guaranteeing work processes;
- Taking care of the realization of the budgeted results/occupancy percentages of the hotel, among other things by applying (and optimizing) up and cross-selling;
- Implementation of the total personnel policy, including:
- Drafting/approving rosters;
- Ensure optimal staffing;
Job Requirements:
- Recruitment, selection, appointment and introduction of (new) employees;
- Conducting performance and appraisal interviews;

- Responsible for the correct use of the reservation systems
