Job Summary: Looking for an Accountant cum Admin Assistant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Provide both accounting and administrative support to the company
- Offer administrative support to the department as necessary
- Manage inventory control of materials as well as supplies
- Welcome and handle all inquiries from visitors as well as clients
- Handle daily petty cash transactions and complete daily reconciliations
- Assist in reconciling bank records with bank statements
- Provide relevant support to external audit teams
- Maintain timely filing of accounting documents
- Assist with preparing responses to correspondences as well as reports
- Should hold a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 1+ years of experience in providing both accounting and administrative support on the UAE
- Must be highly skilled in using the accounting software packages
- Preferred candidates must be female Indians
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures
- Good Ms Office suite knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
