Job Summary: Looking for a Purchasing Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Coordinate and oversee the purchasing operations of the company
- Assess all purchasing requests for completeness and identification of items required
- Establish priorities, create work schedules and allocate work to subordinates
- Handle supplier communication as well as documentation and maintain proper interactions with them
- Keep up a close continuing relationship with suppliers to stay up to date with the market conditions
- Keep up the required administrative files as well as records concerning the purchasing operations
- Graduate with a Degree in Purchasing and Supplies Chain Management or any related discipline
- At least 5+ years of experience in the managing purchasing duties within the UAE
- Must be a good team player with excellent communication skills
- Good networking and negotiation skills
- Must have very good management abilities
- Male or female candidates are required to apply
- Suitable candidates must be on sponsor or husband visa
