We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to fill the position in Abu Dhabi. Candidate who are interested can send resume.
Job Details:
- To manage inbound and outbound calls by providing optimum service to customers.
- To ensure work assigned are completed with high quality within the stipulated timelines given.
- To perform administrative related work assigned.
- To prepare daily, weekly, monthly and/or ad hoc reports required by Supervisor or Customer Service Manager.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Minimum one-year relevant customer service experience.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Positive attitude, patient, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
