ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering all incoming calls and determine customer requirements and needs.
- To demonstrate excellent customer service by resolving customers billing and service problem.
- Gathering and reporting customer feedback about the services and report to management.

- To serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams.
