ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering and screening telephone calls and responding to emails and other correspondences.
- To create and organize information and generate reference tools for easy use.
- Assisting in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- To organize and maintain the executive's schedule and dairies.
- Responsible for monitoring inventory and place orders in-case of shortages.
- To effectively and efficiently execute administrative tasks on a timely manner.
- Must have fast typing abilities of at least 50 words per minute.
- Preferred male Indian nationals.
- Applicants should be with at least 5 years working experience in the related field.
- Should be having a bachelors Degree in secretarial, business Administration or related field.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application such as MS Word, Excel and outlook.
- Having tech savvy as it relates to today’s business and social environment.
