Job Details:
- Handles overall office administrative work.
- Handles admin duties such as data entry, sorting, photocopying, attend to phone calls, emails and filling of documents, ordering office food.
- Supports in keeping Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up-to-date.
- Coordination of internal and external meetings, off-sites, and other team events.
- Performs simple data analysis from CRM system.
- Assist with special projects such as process improvements, budget development, developing and implementing new policies and processes.
- Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized and secure.
- Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- Minimum two years of office or general administration experience.
- Strong command of English.
- Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen eye for details, highly organized, and motivated.
- Quality-conscious and cost-efficient.
