We requires eligible candidate for the post of an Office Admin in Abu Dhabi. Candidate who are interested can apply.

Job Details:
  • Handles overall office administrative work.
  • Handles admin duties such as data entry, sorting, photocopying, attend to phone calls, emails and filling of documents, ordering office food.
  • Supports in keeping Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up-to-date.
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings, off-sites, and other team events.
  • Performs simple data analysis from CRM system.
  • Assist with special projects such as process improvements, budget development, developing and implementing new policies and processes.
  • Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized and secure.
  • Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder.
  • Minimum two years of office or general administration experience.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Quality-conscious and cost-efficient.
