What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibility:
- Manage the processes & relationships at the ground level with assigned retail partner accounts to ensure 100% order satisfaction to our shoppers & continuous improvement
- Key point of contact in coordination with the partner internally across other teams: catalog, marketing, customer service,…etc.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot daily operational issues, approaching all facets with an analytical, data-driven mindset to have short term & long-term solutions
- Assist Head of Operations on special projects for continued operating efficiency and growth
- KPIs: service level NPS of managed partners, order & value growth with assigned accounts, reduction of complaint / issue rate with partners, on time & right start signups, special projects launched on schedule & smoothly
- 3-5 years previous experience
- Ability to handle high pressure in a positive way. Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Ownership feeling. Strong work ethic and drive, high attention to detail, and desire for a high level of ownership
- Strong command with tools of the trade (eg. Excel, PPT, Google Drive)
- Hunger to grow the business & your self
Compensation
AED5,000 net
Annual travel allowance
Laptop/Mobile as required
Enrollment in ESOP after probation period
