Job Purpose:
To work closely with relevant stakeholders internal and external to manage all operational responsibilities related to POs, deliveries, issue resolution etc.
Key Accountabilities:
- Process POs received from customers by cleaning and updating with relevant data before sent to customer service
- Schedule deliveries with customer operations team and Transmed warehouse by proving relevant information on pallets, units, delivery slot etc.
- Manage issues related to deliveries from customers or Transmed warehouse
- Investigate discrepancies highlighted by customer or Transmed teams in relation to products delivered such as quantity mismatch, wrong item delivered etc. apply corrective action based on the investigation outcome.
- Share and uploading Invoices and verifying each SKU and quantity delivered to relevant customers to get on time payments.
- Manage booking of stocks for customers
- Create GRVs & coordinate with Transmed warehouse and customer to return the stock.
- Track and report on operation Metrics
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or any related field
Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Operational Experience:
