ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages and handing correspondences.
- To produce information by transcribing, formatting editing copying and retrieving data and graphics.
- Ensuring meetings are effectively organized and minuted.
- Maintaining clients confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- To secure information by completing database backups.
- Providing historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval system.
- Ability to exercise confidentiality and organization.
- The candidate must be with at least 2 years of experience
- Must be presentable, smart and good-looking.
- Ability to be resource full and proactive when issues arise.
- Should have a professional attitude and appearance.
