Looking for a Secretary to fill the position in Dubai. Candidate who are interested can send CV.
Job Details:
- Manage and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly calendars of senior managers and schedule necessary meetings.
- Develop a physical and online filing/archiving system for all incoming and outgoing company correspondences and important documents.
- Liaise between executives, HR, managers and employees/clients for the CEO.
- Generate regular reports, update databases, draft letters, tables, charts based on CEO guidance.
- Make and confirm all travel arrangements.
- Organize and follow-up on logistics and plan events.
- Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism.
- Facilitate communication within the company to maximize workflow (e.g. distribute vital information, schedule presentations and plan for logistical needs).
- Respond in a timely fashion to managers’ requests.
- Able to troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
- Commitment to efficiency a willingness to seek best practices in running the office.
- Degree holder.
- Three to five years work experience as a secretary.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including experience with office management systems, ERPs, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong working knowledge of office procedures and protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Comfortable using all necessary office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
