ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcoming, greeting guests and determine their purpose of visit as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Responsible for dairy, calender management and arranging appointments between the management and the guests.
  • Entering data in the computer system and verify the accuracy of information and edit where necessary.
  • The candidate shall deal with email and phone inquiries and taking messages.
  • Performing all clerical work related to the reception like filing, photocopying and filling.
  • Helping in enforcing administrative policies of the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be fluent in Arabic or English speaking.
  • Should be having at least 2-3 years previous experience as a Secretary/Receptionist.
  • The candidate should be holding a bachelors degree in Secretarial studies or related field.
  • Good interaction abilities and professional personal display.
  • The candidate should have good knowledge of customer service methods and concepts.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office packages such as Ms Excel and MS Word.
