ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming, greeting guests and determine their purpose of visit as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Responsible for dairy, calender management and arranging appointments between the management and the guests.
- Entering data in the computer system and verify the accuracy of information and edit where necessary.
- The candidate shall deal with email and phone inquiries and taking messages.
- Performing all clerical work related to the reception like filing, photocopying and filling.
- Helping in enforcing administrative policies of the company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be fluent in Arabic or English speaking.
- Should be having at least 2-3 years previous experience as a Secretary/Receptionist.
- The candidate should be holding a bachelors degree in Secretarial studies or related field.
- Good interaction abilities and professional personal display.
- The candidate should have good knowledge of customer service methods and concepts.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office packages such as Ms Excel and MS Word.
Salary 2000 AED.
