Job Summary: Looking for an Admin cum Receptionist in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Welcome and guide all visitors or clients as necessary
- Respond and transfer all incoming calls if necessary
- Handle all switchboard operations
- Make sure all incoming messages are sent to the relevant staff immediately
- Offer general information to clients
- File documents
- Maintain records of both incoming and outgoing mails
- Make sure photocopying and binding of documents is done by the office assistant
- Keep the reception area tidy at all times
- Reply to mails sent to the hospital
- Possess a Degree in a relevant field with a minimum 2 or more years of related UAE working experience, preferably in a medical center
- Good communication and people skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in office management as well as basic bookkeeping procedures
- Good knowledge of Ms Office suite with excellent typing skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Suitable candidates must be able to speak both English and Arabic
- Positive attitude with good customer service skills
