Job Summary: Looking for an Administration Assistant in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Manage the reception area and assist in preparing correspondence
- Attend to all walk-in clients and assist them in a proper way
- Offer general administrative support to the team for example assist with typing, photocopying, scanning and printing documents
- Maintain the filing systems
- Planning and coordinating meetings, seminars, workshops as well as related activities
- Responsible for the maintenance of the office
- Perform any other similar assigned tasks
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Degree/ Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration or Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in handling admin tasks
- Must be familiar with office management systems as well as procedures
- Must have good computer application knowledge
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to handle matters with integrity
- Good prioritization and administrative skills
- Proactive candidates are required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Female candidates are required
