Job Description
The Talent Transformation leader will be responsible for driving our talent development approach for our organization. Core duties include talent transformation programs, talent management and leadership of processes for the continuous improvement of company-wide training programs. We are seeking a high-impact leader with a successful track record of delivering broad and progressive training, talent transformation and organizational development processes to advance the development and engagement of our employees.

Candidates should have a solid foundation in leadership & talent development, excellent communication skills, demonstrated ability to drive results, and portray a high level of confidence and individual impact. Candidates must also be comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced, transforming, growth environment with a performance-based culture. Ability to direct the work of others and a willingness to roll up sleeves as a member of the team will be critical for success.
Core Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development Experience that includes hands-on course development/design experience and managing a team.
- Professional certifications in Training Delivery/Deployment, Course Design/Development, Organizational Development or related field are a plus.
- Familiarity or expertise in training delivery technologies a plus.
- Previous experience managing all aspects of a training program initiative lifecycle.
- Successful track record in training, consulting, facilitating, managing and collaborating up, down, and across organization levels.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence various levels of management.
- Experience with online Talent Management tool, Cornerstone On-Demand preferred.
- Tactical emphasis on knowledge of adult training methodology especially in an e-learning environment, coaching, and training.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
