Hiring a Call Center Agent for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.

Key Requirements:
  • Degree holder.
  • Two to three years experience as Call center agent.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good Problem-solving skills over the call.
