Hiring a Call Center Agent for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder.
- Two to three years experience as Call center agent.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call.
