ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shall follow and apply data input techniques and procedures for higher accuracy.
- To insert multidimensional customer account data into the system by feeding in text and numerical info from source documents.
- The candidate shall comply with data integrity, safety, and security policies.
- To verify accuracy and submit information according to system requirements and to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Compiling and reviewing data for or errors or deficiencies and then correct any incompatibilities if required.
- To save and store completed work in designated folders/files and perform backup operations.
- Ensuring proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates with good working experience as a Data entry operator or Office clerk is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spellings.
- Good knowledge and experience of MS Office and data entry programs.
- Knowledge about the usage of office equipment such as printer and scanner.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
