ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for organizing travel and accommodation and other organizational tasks.
  • The candidate is to coordinate with external Accounting Service.
  • Handling client and supplier coordination for POs, payments and SOA.
  • Should monitor and order office supplies required.
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Should have 2-5 years proven previous experience as an Executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Must have in-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
  • The candidate should have a bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
  • Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Preferred applicants with experience in the TV Production industry.
  • Must have basic Accounting knowledge of creating estimates and invoices, petty cash management.
