ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for organizing travel and accommodation and other organizational tasks.
- The candidate is to coordinate with external Accounting Service.
- Handling client and supplier coordination for POs, payments and SOA.
- Should monitor and order office supplies required.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Should have 2-5 years proven previous experience as an Executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Must have in-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
- The candidate should have a bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Preferred applicants with experience in the TV Production industry.
- Must have basic Accounting knowledge of creating estimates and invoices, petty cash management.
