Job Summary: Looking for an Executive Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
  • Provide administrative support in the office
  • Receive, screen and distribute correspondence accordingly
  • Assist in filing corporate documents
  • Create and supervise administrative policies as well as procedures for the office
  • Participate in meetings and record minutes
  • Place orders for office supplies
  • Ensure safe custody of confidential files as well as documents
  • Create and maintain a filing system
  • Generate confidential and sensitive reports for the board
  • Offer general support to visitors or clients
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Should a Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working a secretary in Real Estate Company, preferably in Dubai
  • Computer skills with good typing skills and speed
  • Excellent people management abilities
  • Good report writing skills required
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Must be presentable and good looking
  • Female candidates are required
