Job Summary: Looking for an Executive Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Provide administrative support in the office
- Receive, screen and distribute correspondence accordingly
- Assist in filing corporate documents
- Create and supervise administrative policies as well as procedures for the office
- Participate in meetings and record minutes
- Place orders for office supplies
- Ensure safe custody of confidential files as well as documents
- Create and maintain a filing system
- Generate confidential and sensitive reports for the board
- Offer general support to visitors or clients
- Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
- Should a Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working a secretary in Real Estate Company, preferably in Dubai
- Computer skills with good typing skills and speed
- Excellent people management abilities
- Good report writing skills required
- Fluency in English is a must
- Must be presentable and good looking
- Female candidates are required
