Job Summary: Looking for a Facilities Admin in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
- Make sure the facility is safe, comfortable and productive
- Coordinate with the service providers follow standards
- Make sure facilities meet government regulations as well as environmental, health and security standards
- Assisting in documenting the work flow
- Supervise building projects as well as renovations
- Supervise the adherence and ensure compliance to health as well as safety standards
- Handle relationships with suppliers, authorized contractors as well as service providers and offer regular suggestions as well as advice to management
- Assess facilities consumption and strive to cut costs
- Generate and present monthly reports to management for example maintenance, repairs as well as other proposed improvement reports
- Perform any other related tasks as required
- Should hold an Engineering Degree or Diploma
- Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
- Possess strong planning and coordination skills
- Arab ladies are required
- Good leadership and management skills
- Must have good computer application knowledge
