Employment: Full Time
Objectives:
• To Ensure that operational requirements across Exeed Industries should be procured efficiently and frugally from local and overseas markets

Main responsibilities:
• Compliance of Exceed Industries Code of Conduct and Purchasing / Procurement policy
• Review of PR’s from all departments
• Float RFQ’s to the approved and related vendors
• Preparation of price summary / comparison statement
• Negotiation on prices, payment term and delivery
• Preparation of purchase order
• Ensure that suppliers comply with the terms mentioned in the PO
• Good professional rapport to be maintained with all the vendors
• Internal coordination and communication with requestors, stores and accounts
Reporting to: Sr. Operations Manager
Other interactions: Finance & Other departments

Requirements
• University Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors Degree
• Other certifications obtained: Procurement or supply chain certifications
• Nature and length of previous experience: minimum 5 years experience
• Specialist knowledge: Procurement & purchasing of raw material in construction manufacturing industry.
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: negotiation skills
• Detailed oriented
• Gender Preference: No preference
• Nationality Preference: No preference
• Language Fluency: Excellent communication skills in english, Arabic would be an added advantage
• Current Location: UAE
