Job Details:
- Handling employee relation at all levels.
- Assist in recruitment and follow HR processes and procedures.
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
- Grievance handling, coordinate training and monitoring on the job training.
- Attending to welfare, health and safety matters of employees.
- Prepare HR reports and analysis for management's review.
- Administer, maintain and update insurance and administrative records.
- To ensure all HR related documentations, correspondences, reports and records are well organized and properly administered, confidentially kept and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Degree or Diploma in HR management.
- Two to four years experience in the similar position.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
