We are looking for an Office Admin to fill the position in Dubai. Candidate who are interested can send resume.
Job Details:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Liaise with vendors, office maintenance personnel, and third party contractors.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Performing additional duties as required by the management.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Proven experience as an office administrator.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good in English both written and verbal.
