- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
- Respond, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Collect and sort daily mail
- Keep up a good filing system
- Maintain the office, its equipment as well as supplies
- Make sure the office is cleaned and well maintained
- Prepare and update records
- Conduct clerical tasks as may be required
- Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in any related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related role
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Possess good knowledge of office procedures
- Basic computer application knowledge required
