Urgently looking for an experienced Receptionist in UAE.

Job Details:
- Clean-up and maintain front desk, lobby area and cafeteria regularly.
- Maintain inventory, and reorder office supplies as needed.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains conference room schedule and preps conference room for meetings.
- Acts as administrative support, including calendar management and written correspondence.
- Creates and maintains archives in Harper system.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Two years experience in same field.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills.
