Job Summary: Looking for an Office Clerk in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Make sure the office is a hospitable and welcoming place at all times
- Attend to all incoming calls as well as other communications
- Prepare outgoing mail as necessary
- Welcome clients as well as visitors to the office
- Maintain the office filing system
- Assist in maintaining office equipment
- Prepare, maintain and input information into system
- Monitor the sorting and sharing out of incoming mail
- Arrange and maintain files as well as other office records
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- Applicants must have a Diploma or Degree in Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or its equivalent
- Ideal candidates must have proven experience in the same or similar position
- Good computer application knowledge required
- Ability to communicate well and have a positive attitude
- Good skills in handling phone calls
- Should be organized and a good time manager
