Job Key Details:
- Obtain goods for the company through conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders
- Assist in managing the procurement office and handling all procurement roles
- Develop weekly supplier delivery plans for review as well as implementation
- Monitor purchase orders for approval and forward to suppliers
- Assist in processing purchase requisitions
- Any other relevant task as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Should hold a Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or the equivalent from a recognized institution
- Candidates must have at least 2 or more years of experience in the procurement field, preferably in the contracting company within the UAE
- Must be a good communicator
- Must be familiar with the e-procurement systems
- Preferred candidates must be Pakistanis, Filipinos or Indians
- Any gender can apply
- Must have good skills in using Ms Excel as well as the related MS Office packages
