Job Summary: Looking for a Secretary in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Prepare effective correspondence as and when necessary
- Make sure outgoing mails are registered and dispatched in time
- Maintain the filing system
- Respond to telephone calls and appointments
- Maintain security of office equipment as well as documents
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Suitable candidates must have relevant qualifications for this position
- Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role
- Strong knowledge of computer knowledge including MS Office packages
- Must have very good typing skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Candidates on family or husband visa are required
- Should be presentable and good looking
